Required Information
To better assist the potential purchaser you are referring, it is important to secure the following information: Buyer(s) name(s), address and all contact numbers including e-mail address. Buyer's preferred location (out of state as well) and price range as well as the type of property the buyer is interested in (residential, condo/townhome, multi-family, land, etc.), number of bedrooms, baths as well as requirements for garage size and basement. It is also important to ask the potential purchaser if they have a property that they must currently sell in order to purchase the new desired property. In the event they have a property to sell, you may assist them with a "Seller Referral" as well. Please refer to "Place a Seller Referral" for complete details on placing Seller referrals.
Once you have secured all the necessary information to place the referral, you may submit your "Buyer Referral" online to Referral Alliance by contacting us at
referralalliance@comcast.net. Please be thorough when placing your referral, and be sure to include "Buyer Referral" in the subject line. You may request a company or agent you wish the referral to be placed with providing the company agrees to pay Referral Alliance a 30% referral fee on the
gross buyer commission.
All referrals must be placed first with Referral Alliance to receive commission when the transaction closes. Referral Alliance will place the referral with the company of your choice. In the event you do not request a particular company, Referral Alliance will use it's professional judgment to select a company and agent with a proven track record to place the referral with.
After the referral is placed, you may initially follow-up with the Buyer as a courtesy, but are prohibited from interfering with the transaction. Any concerns should be directed to Referral Alliance.
