All existing licensees who currently hold a "Salesperson" license will be required to "transition" to the "Broker" license by April 30, 2012.  The next renewal deadline for a Salesperson (now called Broker) is April 30, 2012.  Existing licensees will need a total of 18 hours of CE for 2012 renewal.

All existing licensees who currently hold a Broker license (and wish to retain the privileges the Broker license allowed) will be required to "transition" to the "Managing Broker" license by April 30, 2012.  The next renewal deadline for "Managing Brokers" will be April 30. 2013.  Managing Brokers will be required to have 18 hours of CE for the 2013 renewal in addition to 12 hours of Broker Management CE Courses for a total of 30 hours.
