Who is Referral Alliance Inc.?

Referral Alliance is a real estate Corporation licensed by the Illinois Department of Finance and Professional Regulation.  Referral Alliance acts as a licensed "holding company" for Brokers and Salespersons who wish to maintain their real estate licenses on "active" status without incurring the fees required to practice in a traditional real estate environment.  Referral Alliance members are referred to as "Referral Associates".  Our members are licensed brokers and salespersons, some of whom have sold real estate in the past, while others became members right after passing the State Examination.  Referral Associates generate referral commissions by referring buyer and seller leads to Referral Alliance for placement with full-time professionals.  All referrals are placed by Referral Alliance with various brokerage firms who agree to pay a referral commission upon closing of the transaction.
